Since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the
United Kingdom has become one of Ukraine’s most steadfast allies — politically, militarily, and economically.
In January 2025, the two countries took a historic step forward by signing an unprecedented 100-year bilateral agreement, laying the foundation for long-term partnership in security, economic development, innovation, and cultural exchange.
To turn this historic commitment into practical outcomes, British Ukrainian Economic Future was established in London — a dedicated platform to shape the next chapter of business, investment, and strategic cooperation between our two nations.
