We are pleased to announce that representatives of the British Ukrainian Economic Future (BUEF) participated in the 4th Annual Ukrainian Infrastructure Forum, which took place on 29 October 2025 at the CMS London office.
During the event — one of the key platforms for discussing the development of Ukraine’s infrastructure — BUEF Chief Operating Officer Kseniia Velychko presented the organization, its mission, strategic priorities, and vision for contributing to Ukraine’s infrastructure reconstruction. In particular, she announced the preparation of a visit of UK infrastructure companies and financial institutions to Kyiv aimed at exploring potential projects for joint implementation.
The forum brought together over 130 senior executives representing a wide range of Ukrainian and international companies and institutions, including the International Finance Corporation, European Investment Bank, US International Development Finance Corporation, EBRD, CMS, Arup, Dragon Capital, DTEK, iC consulenten Ukraine, KAN Development, Dogus Construction, Egis, Gleeds Ukraine, NEO-ECO, Amber Infrastructure, Norfund, Marsh McLennan, BDP, Jacobs, HHLA International, as well as representatives of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the UK Department for Transport.
The forum programme featured key sessions on topics such as “Preparing Ukraine’s Infrastructure Projects for International Investment,” “Role of the Private Sector in Reconstruction of Ukraine,” “Financing Models for Post-War Infrastructure,” and “Logistics, Transport & Energy Chain Rebuilding,” along with thematic panels and case studies showcasing Ukrainian projects. The sessions were complemented by networking opportunities and round-table discussions, providing a platform for knowledge exchange among government representatives, investors, consultants, and contractors.
BUEF’s participation in the event created a valuable opportunity to build partnerships with international financial institutions, government agencies, and the private sector. The organization aims to contribute to Ukraine’s effective recovery by leveraging the expertise of the United Kingdom and partner countries.
We extend our gratitude to all forum participants for the productive dialogue and look forward to further collaboration.
